JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES OF PHARMACIST Department : Pharmacy

Position : Pharmacist

Reporting To : Manager - Pharmacy

Dress Code : Specified uniforM/Formal wear with ID Card

Duty Hours : As per schedule intimated from Time to Time

The responsibilities of the Pharmacist include the following:
- Dispense drugs as per the indents received from various wards in the hospital
- Takes care of the stock in the respective area like maintenance of the inventory, movement of short expiry drugs, intimate to the Head of stores.
- To maintain the statutory register for narcotic drugs/Schedule X drugs
- Checking the material received from pharmacy main stores
- Physical verification of stocks has to be conducted periodically.
- To maintain Non moving stock report
- Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.
