Position: Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling advanced pharmaceutical testing instruments. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and strong client engagement skills to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharma hubs.
- Conduct product demonstrations (dissolution testers, hardness testers, etc.).
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals and manage tender submissions.
- Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and forecast sales.




Collaborate with service engineers to ensure smooth post-sales support.
Represent the company at pharma expos, seminars, and industry events.
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic planning.

Preferred Skills:
- Clear product presentations and client engagement.
- Identifying new clients and expanding market presence.
- Tracking competitor activities and industry trends.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts.
- Developing long-term partnerships with pharma clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA in sales and marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passion for travel and field sales.
