Job Title: Machine Operator

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain woodworking machinery (e.g., CNC routers, edge banders, panel saws).
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure product quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality control checks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Load raw materials (hardwood, plywood, MDF) into machines and unload finished components.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.




- Fresher or 1+ years of experience operating machinery in manufacturing, woodworking, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of woodworking tools and materials (e.g., hardwood, veneers, composites).
- Ability to read measurements, use hand tools, and follow technical instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
