Navjyoti Chemicals is an established chemical company dealing in têxtile auxiliaries, industrial chemicals, water treatment chemicals, hygiene chemicals and speciality chemical products.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to manage and grow our online sales business, particularly through IndiaMART and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. IndiaMART Management
- Manage the company’s IndiaMART account on a daily basis.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and incoming leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
- Convert qualified IndiaMART enquiries into actual orders.
- Identify high-potential and repeat customers.

2. Online Sales & Business Development
- Develop new B2B customers across India.




- Follow up with existing online customers for repeat business.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, specifications and samples.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, production and dispatch teams to close orders smoothly.

3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Regularly follow up with customers after quotations and samples.
- Understand customer feedback and requirements.
- Maintain a database of prospective, active and repeat customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling other Navjyoti Chemicals products.

4. Sales Reporting
- Maintain daily records of leads received, calls made, quotations sent, follow-ups and orders converted.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track lead conversion and identify reasons for lost enquiries.
- Maintain an organized customer
