Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record daily sales, expenses, purchases, and bank transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and cash flows.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Ecommerce Accounting
- Reconcile sales from Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Verify payment settlements from Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, and other gateways.
- Monitor COD collections and reconciliation with logistics partners.
- Track returns, refunds, cancellations, and their accounting impact.

GST & Tax Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B.
- Coordinate with CA for audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with TDS and other statutory requirements.

Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and cash flow reports.
- Generate MIS reports for management review.




- Monitor inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Vendor & Payroll Management
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
- Manage employee reimbursements and payroll-related accounting.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in ecommerce accounting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation).

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify and ecommerce operations.
- Familiarity with payment gateway reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
