Responsibilities:
- Utilizing excellent commercial credit skills to prepare written credit reviews which assesses credit opportunities, identifies key risks with appropriate structures to mitigate risks including covenants, terms, and conditions for approval- Determining capacity of operating entities to repay their financial obligations through analysis of company-prepared/audited financial statements and detailed cash flow analysis- Completing obligor and facility risk ratings with documented rationale for the final risk grades- Proactive,



full ownership of your portfolio management responsibilities including annual reviews, loan modifications, covenant breaches inventory audits, overline management, and analyzing trends in key dealer metrics- Mentoring and training of analysts who support your portfolio management activities- Interacting with clients, virtually or in person, in conjunction with the Bankers- Leading/contributing to special projects related to credit topics and issues- Working proactively, in a constructive, diplomatic manner, with both internal and external contacts to keep transactions moving.- Demonstrating excellent communication skills both internally and externally and using those communication skills to effectively solve problemsMinimum Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Accounting, Economics, CA, ICWA, CFA or equivalent work experience if non-Finance related degree / Master of Business
