Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a premium jewellery shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, silver, diamond, and bridal jewellery.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Promote jewellery chit schemes and encourage premium-value enrolments.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery collections, accessories, and festive offers.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with CRM for customer follow-ups and special occasions.
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and showroom presentation.
- Support junior sales executives through guidance and on-the-job coaching.
- Stay updated on gold rates, jewellery trends, designs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Billing, Accounts, and Chit departments for smooth customer service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
