Key Responsibilities
- Digitize and punch embroidery designs using skilled embroidery software
- Convert artwork into high-quality embroidery files suitable for bulk production
- Select correct stitch types, density, underlay, and sequencing
- Make edits and corrections as per sampling and production feedback
- Ensure designs are compatible with embroidery machines and fabrics
- Handle logo, garment, and decorative embroidery designs
- Maintain proper file management and version control
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years experience as an Embroidery Puncher / Digitizer
- Proficiency in Wilcom software
- Strong understanding of embroidery machines and stitch behavior
- Knowledge of fabrics, threads, stabilizers, and embroidery techniques
- Ability to work from AI, PDF, JPG,
PNG artwork files
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sachin, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
