Club Members Books, Complimentary Books and Autographed Books of Authors Lists are to be prepared and Classified





Members Online Books Suggestion and General Suggestion to be Verified through club ID and library Mail ID

Monthly New Books purchased to be covered.

Every Month check list to be Prepared to inform Books Sellers towards the Late arrival of subscribed copies of Magazines and Ordered Books after the approval of LSC meeting

Fiction Books and Periodicals are Segregated for Sale for Club Members

3.)Preparation of Library Sub Committee Meeting

4.)Attending Children Library if any Staff on Leave and Weeklyoff day.

5.)Subscription of Magazines and Complimentary Copies of Magazines to be sent Sailing Club and other Department of club.

6.)Collecting Donated Books from Members and Its Information to put up for Library

Sub Committee.

7.)Xerox Machine maintanance and its work report to be maintained for record purpose.
