- Preparation of Detailed Bill of Quantities / Pre-tender Estimates
- Preparation of Preliminary Estimates at the proposal stage
- Preparation of Comparative Statements as per State Schedule Rates.
- Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation and Costing as per State Schedule Rates
- Inspection and Verification of Bills and their Entry & Maintenance of Records
- Preparation and Compilation of Tender Documents pertaining to Government Tenders, Mahatenders, E-procurement (only for tenders) for Departments like CIDCO, MoRTH, NHAI, PWD, PMC, PCMC, MMRDA, etc. based on the requirements of the project
- Pre-qualification criteria of tenders
- Preparation of Work Completion Certificates
- Maintaining Master Quantity Executed Statement as per Work Completion CertificatesKey Skills:Key Skills:
- Proficiency in MS-Office, Auto-Cad, Power Point,
MS-Project, etc.
- Valuable English Communication Skills - Written and Verbal
- Knowledge of Marathi
