Senior Lead Technical Artist

About the Role

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical art expert for complex and business-critical implementation challenges across multiple game projects.
- Drive technical solutions that achieve high visual fidelity while balancing performance and platform constraints.
- Act as the technical authority for Unity-based asset implementation, integration, and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex rendering, animation, UI, and performance-related challenges.
- Drive improvements to asset implementation pipelines, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Identify recurring production bottlenecks and develop scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain tools, scripts, and workflow enhancements that improve team productivity and quality.
- Establish and maintain technical standards for asset integration, optimization, and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex visual and technical issues throughout development and testing.




- Partner with multiple game teams to promote best practices and consistent implementation standards.
- Mentor Technical Artists and Lead Technical Artists through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of technical art processes.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in game development or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
- Strong working knowledge of Unity, including asset integration, animation workflows, particle systems, prefabs, debugging, and optimization techniques.
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting complex visual features within Unity.
- Solid understanding of game content pipelines, asset optimization, and implementation workflows.
- Experience developing tools, scripts, or automation solutions using C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with shaders,
