Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field
- 1.5-3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment preferred
- Familiarity with major job portals
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
