JOB SUMMARY

The Manager - Clinical Training and Development is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical/ non-clinical education and capacity-building initiatives across Orbis India. The role provides strategic oversight of training programs, blended learning, competency-based education, and career development initiatives to strengthen the clinical/ non-clinical capabilities of partner institutions and healthcare professionals.

Working collaboratively with Orbis Global teams, Cybersight, Volunteer Faculty, partner organizations, and internal program and functional teams, the Manager ensures that training programs are innovative, evidence based, aligned with organizational priorities, and deliver measurable improvements in clinical/ non-clinical knowledge, skills, and practices.

The Manager - Clinal Training and Development reports to the Director - Programs, Innovation & Impact. The Manager works closely with Program Managers, Volunteer Faculty,



partner hospitals, professional societies, academic institutions, Orbis global technical teams, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of clinical/ non-clinical training initiatives.

- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical/ non-clinical education programs, including blended learning initiatives through platforms such as Cybersight.
