We are looking for Supervisor - Electrification

You’ll make a difference by
- Role would involve supervision of the maintenance operations of REL Equipment
- Responsibilities would be diverse and crucial to ensuring the safe, productive, and reliable operation of REL Equipment




- Combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency
- Relevant experience in REL Equipment maintenance and repair, with progressively increasing responsibility
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software tools.
- Maintenance Planning and execution: Responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules and plans for REL Equipment. This involves coordinating routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and major repairs to keep the REL Equipment in optimal condition.
- Team Management: Lead a team of maintenance technicians, mechanics, and support staff, includes training, and evaluating team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
