Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute high-rise residential and villa construction projects.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
- Manage site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify contractor bills and material consumption reports.
