Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and storage of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and documentation.
- Verify incoming materials against PO, invoice, and delivery challan.
- Ensure proper material identification, tagging, and systematic storage.
- Issue materials to Production/Projects as per authorized requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for reorder requirements.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices in the store.
- Handle GRN, material inward/outward, return, and transfer documentation.
- Support internal and external stock audits.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally will be an advantage.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
