Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities and requirements on the assigned hospital floor.
- Assist patients and attendants with basic queries and guide them to the appropriate department/person.
- Coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, security, and other hospital teams.
- Monitor cleanliness and overall maintenance of the assigned floor.
- Ensure patient and attendant concerns are communicated to the concerned department.
- Maintain basic floor-related records and reports.
- Help ensure smooth patient movement and coordination within the hospital.
- Escalate any operational or patient-related issues to the concerned senior/team member.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in a hospital/healthcare environment will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Must be polite, responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle day-to-day situations calmly.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Salary & Perks
- Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
