Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview)

Conexus Network Solution is a fast-growing ITES company based in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth through domestic and international client acquisition in the Web Development and Digital Marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities through B2B lead generation and sales prospecting
- Acquire clients through online platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and other marketplaces
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT and digital marketing solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and Scope of Work documents




- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities
- Re-qualify leads generated through campaigns, events, referrals, and other sources
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in IT Sales, Web Development Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales
- Knowledge of Web Development and Digital Marketing services
- Familiarity with technologies such as WordPress, Shopify, PHP, JavaScript, etc.
- Strong lead generation and business development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to interact confidently with domestic and international clients
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven attitude
