Specific Requirement
Education - Bachelor’s degree. BBA/MBA will be advantage.
Experience - 3-5 years of relevant experience
Skills and Abilities :
Experience or in-house training
Acquired through experience and/or training courses
Personal qualities required in the candidate, complimented with experience and training courses as needed
Acquired through experience and/or training courses
Identify and lead Aftersales programmed developments that can deliver increased sales
Priorities and manage allocated workload/projects in line with strategic needs of the business
Recommendations Expected:
Addition/change of vendors or products
Systems development/policies and procedures
Product/programmed strategies recommended to Aftersales management




Creative development of support media to aid HYG Aftersales and dealer sales teams in growing sales
Additional Information:
This position requires a combination of personal drive, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven sales setting, whilst effectively managing multiple projects concurrently. The individual must be able to combine innovative and creative thinking with an eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
