About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Salesforce Developer Lead to join our team and take ownership of Salesforce development across both client projects and internal business projects.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for understanding requirements, building Salesforce solutions, solving technical challenges, and taking projects from development through implementation.
As a growing startup, not every process or solution will already be available. We are looking for someone who is comfortable researching, learning, and finding solutions independently. You should be someone who takes ownership, can work with limited supervision, and is willing to figure things out when faced with something new.
Work Arrangement & Timing
This is a Work From Office (WFO) prospect.
The role requires working from the office Monday to Friday.
Since you will be working on client projects, working hours will be aligned with client requirements.
The expected working hours may typically be around 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, depending on client requirements.

What You'll Do
Salesforce Development
Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.
Build Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services.
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
Build and maintain Salesforce automation and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, automation, and data.
Client Projects
Understand client requirements and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects successfully.
Participate in the complete development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
