Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Cross Sell
Role Summary
We are seeking an astute data & business-oriented Product Manager to be part of the Product Portfolio Strategy team in the Cross Sell business at IDFC First Bank. The role offers end to end accountability on strategic programs for driving P&L; impact through performance management, designing R&R; initiatives, business insights led process/ product enhancements and digital product innovation impacting the bottom line.
As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping engagement strategies, optimizing sales performance, and fostering a high-performance culture. This position demands robust analytical capabilities, creative problem-solving, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Incentive & Rewards Design: Create and implement rewards & recognition programs to drive business performance across business function and across hierarchy from front line sales, leadership as well as support functions. Leverage gamification elements (contests, leaderboards)



and other workforce engagement methodologies for adoption & desired sales outcomes.
Performance Management: Provide data driven business insights across various metrics of the business levers. Build and standardize dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making for different business hierarchies.
Business analysis & strategic alignment: Analyze business trends, identify the gaps and recommend improvement strategies. Deliver P&L; impact by linking incentive frameworks to revenue growth, cost optimization, and employee retention goals. Help foster high performance culture in the business.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between cross functional teams including leadership stakeholders, across all deliverables.
Project Management & Governance: Establish governance frameworks to monitor progress and ensure accountability on deliverables within desired timeline
