Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Allocate work and manage labor, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality of construction work and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports, labor attendance, and site records.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage.
- Verify measurements and quantities executed at site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify and resolve in office issues related to manpower, materials, and execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is completed according to quality and safety requirements.
- Assist in achieving project timelines and productivity targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
