We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Fresher to support our Human Resources team across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate who wants broad exposure to core HR functions and a clear growth path.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment support
- Post job openings on portals and social media
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain the applicant tracking sheet/ATS and recruitment reports
- Onboarding and documentation
- Prepare offer letters and current-hire paperwork
- Collect and verify employee documents (KYC, education, experience)
- Coordinate induction/orientation and buddy assignments
- Create/maintain employee files in HRIS and shared drives
- HR operations and data
- Update HR databases (attendance, leaves, employee master data)
- Assist with payroll inputs (new joiners, exits, variable components)
- Generate basic HR reports and dashboards (hiring, headcount, attrition)

Pay: ₹10,858.24 - ₹33,204.27 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mohali, Punjab
