Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Civic Relationship Officer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with society members, committee members, and local stakeholders.
- Meet society members regularly, understand their concerns, and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with internal teams.
- Represent the company during society meetings and explain project-related updates.
- Coordinate with government departments and civic authorities for obtaining approvals, permissions, NOCs, and statutory clearances.
- Liaise with Municipal Corporation, Revenue Department, Electricity Board, Fire Department, Water Department, and other government agencies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Maintain records of meetings, approvals, correspondence, and follow-up activities.
- Handle public grievances professionally and maintain positive community relations.
- Ensure all liaison activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.





Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-8 years of experience as a PRO, Liaison Officer, or Civic Relationship Officer, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust knowledge of government procedures and statutory approval processes.
- Ability to build trust with society members and government officials.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and follow-ups.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in redevelopment projects and coordinating with housing societies.
- Existing contacts with government departments and civic authorities will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
