Key Responsibilities

Camp Planning and Coordination
- Plan and coordinate eye screening camps in urban and rural areas.
- Liaise with schools, colleges, industries, NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations for organizing camps.
- Prepare camp schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, equipment, and manpower requirements for camps.

Project Implementation
- Execute outreach projects as per organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor project activities and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain records of camp beneficiaries and project outcomes.

Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, donors, NGOs, CSR partners, and government departments.
- Coordinate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, counselors, and support staff for camp activities.
- Represent the organization during outreach events and meetings.

Data Management and Reporting
- Collect, compile, and analyze camp and project data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly,



and quarterly reports.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Monitor project indicators and prepare impact reports.

Awareness and Promotion
- Organize eye health awareness programs and eye donation awareness activities.
- Support promotional campaigns related to eye care and preventive ophthalmology.
- Assist in developing IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory and records related to outreach activities.
- Assist in budget utilization and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
- Support audit and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Social Work, Public Health, Life Sciences, Management, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH), MSW, MBA Healthcare, or related field preferred.
