1. Installation and Calibration of systems
2. Provide corrective and preventive maintenance as per norms.
3. Manage SLAs
4. Maintain high uptime as per commitments to customers in their Contracts.
5. Ensure collection of account receivables.
6. Provide highest level of customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain a high uptime of systems and meet SLA by swift and effective service.
8. Achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction for the project.
