Job Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains value propositions and creates business cases to effectively communicate the advantages and justify investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and supporting decision-making processes. PM is accountable for business case development & realization. PM is accountable for commercial, IB, and technical simplicity. Is accountable for develping claim (clincial, economic, technical etc) ambition, roadmaps and plans to drive and delvier on price points in partnership with key stakeholders
• Develops comprehensive product, software, and lifecycle specifications aligned with strategic portfolio marketing strategies, ensuring they meet customer needs and achieve long-term business objectives effectively.
• Operates with limited supervision and broad guidelines to implement product strategies in collaboration with regional Centers of Excellence,



aiming to optimize product margins and ensuring alignment with overall business goals and financial targets.
• Owns the execution of the claims roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize validated claims based on market trends and regulatory requirements, while continuously optimizing the strategy through analysis of competitor activity, customer insights, and compliance needs.
• Maintains relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to align their insights and advocacy with product strategy, driving engagement through advisory boards and educational initiatives to enhance product credibility, market influence, and thought leadership while measuring impact on market adoption and positioning.
• Collaborates extensively with regional cross-functional teams to guide channel strategies and develop robust go-to-market plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
