About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning for commercial interiors
- Prepare 3D designs, and presentations for client approvals
- Work on AutoCAD, (SketchUp & 3D Max mandatory)or similar software:
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams:
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution to ensure design accuracy
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes:
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget:
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and specifications
- Stay updated with latest commercial design trends and materials
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture:
- Robust knowledge of commercial interior standards and space utilization:
- Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, 3Ds Max, etc.):
- Good understanding of materials, execution processes, and site coordination:
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Experience
- Experience in office interiors, retail design, or corporate projects:
- Exposure to turnkey projects:
- Knowledge of vendor management and costing

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
