We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Tanishq. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer service, and leading a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with merchandising and visual displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
