Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and aggressive AutoCAD 3D Designer cum Marketing Executive to join our Architecture and Interior Designing firm. This is an elite, hybrid role designed for a skilled with 3 to 5 years of hardcore technical design experience and a proven instinct for sales. [1, 2, 3]

Key Responsibilities

1. Hardcore 3D Design & Technical Drafting
- Create precision 2D space layouts, detailed floor plans, and complex 3D interior/exterior concepts using AutoCAD.
- Develop hyper-realistic 3D renderings, elevation drawings, and structural layouts for premium residential and commercial spaces.
- Modify and update blueprints instantly based on site dimensions,



engineering constraints, or shifting client requirements.
- Maintain complete accuracy in technical drawings to ensure smooth, error-free execution by the on-site project team.

2. End-to-End Client Closing & Business Development
- Take 100% independent ownership of the sales funnel, converting warm leads into signed, high-margin contracts.
- Conduct high-impact design presentations to corporate heads, real estate developers, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Grasp client briefs deeply, calculate precise commercial quotations, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and secure deal closures single-handedly without requiring managerial intervention.
- Build and sustain strong business relationships to foster repeat clients and references. [1, 2, 3]
