Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the ACS Leadership Team and Regional Security Managers, enabling operational excellence in badging and access control.
- Act as the regional liaison to the Corporate Security Badge Office (CSBO), ensuring alignment on all policies, standards, procedures, and program initiatives.
- Lead strategic improvement projects and regional change management initiatives to enhance security controls, badging processes, and team capabilities, developing project plans and white papers to deliver significant business value.




- Own operational reporting through regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement through metrics including SLA performance, badge processing volumes, audit outcomes, and access control compliance.
- Monitor access control and visitor management system status, initiating remediation and troubleshooting within authority and in partnership with technical security teams.
- Administer the APAC badging team on behalf of the Regional Operations Manager, including workload management, capability development, and performance oversight.
- Oversee badging operations compliance to Occupational Health and Safety and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage access levels, permission groups, and resolver groups, including creation, modification, and ongoing accuracy of all access control information. Oversee quarterly audits by local badging leads on access levels.
