As a Senior Manager in Partnership Law, you will provide strategic legal advice and support to clients on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment,



recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that contributes to the firm's success.
