Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute result-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage end-to-end content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Create high-quality content calendars, engaging captions, and conversion-focused hooks.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Analyze insights and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement new content formats such as Reels, short-form videos, and carousels.
- Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- Manage multiple brand accounts while maintaining brand voice, quality, and consistency.
- Handle audience engagement through comments and direct messages to build strong online communities.
- Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective social media solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and industry trends.
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
