Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business in the FMCG sector. The role involves developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing online sales channels, optimizing digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless customer experiences to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives.




- Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and emerging digital channels.

2. Sales & Channel Management
- Manage relationships with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Instamart, and other online marketplaces.
- Drive online sales performance through pricing, promotions, assortment planning, and platform optimization.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

3. Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Optimize product listings, content, and brand visibility across e-commerce platforms.
- Enhance customer experience and retention through loyalty programs and personalized engagement strategies.
