Job Title: Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Department: Office of the Finance Controller
Reporting To: Finance Controller / Director Finance Operations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end finance and payroll operations for assigned clients.
- Review bookkeeping, journal entries, General Ledger, reconciliations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Lead month-end close activities and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial analysis.
- Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Labour Laws), and payroll reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
- Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP implementations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work workplace.

Qualifications & Experience
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com,



or B.Com with relevant experience.
- 4-5 years of experience in Finance and Payroll Operations.
- Experience in Shared Services, Outsourced Accounting, BPO, GCC, or Consulting environments is preferred.
