Are you a tech enthusiast who loves building bots and inspiring young minds? We are looking for a agile Robotics Trainer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes hardware—from classic Arduino builds to IoT-enabled ESP32 projects—and can simplify these concepts for students using both block-based coding and traditional programming.
Whether you are an expert or a fast learner with a strong technical foundation, we want someone who can turn a classroom into a high-energy innovation hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Robotics Workshops: Design and deliver high-energy, interactive lessons focusing on robotics, circuit design, and automation.
- Hardware Mastery: Guide students through hands-on projects using Arduino and ESP32/ESP8266 microcontrollers.
- Multi-Level Coding: Teach programming logic using Block-based platforms (like Scratch or mBlock) for beginners and transition advanced students to C++/Arduino IDE.
- Curriculum Innovation:
Stay ahead of tech trends by learning new platforms quickly and integrating them into our training modules.
- Student Mentorship: Monitor progress and provide technical support for student-led projects and robotics competitions.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Robotics, Electrical, CS, or a related field (Physics graduates with strong hobbyist experience are also welcome).
- Technical Toolkit: Strong familiarity with Arduino ecosystem.
- Knowledge of ESP32/ESP8266 and IoT protocols is a major plus.
- Experience with Block-based coding (Scratch, Tinkercad, etc.).
- The "Fast Learner" Factor: You must be able to pick up current technologies, software, and hardware kits rapidly.
- Communication: Ability to explain "how things work" to students in a simple, engaging, and patient manner.
- Passion: A genuine love for DIY culture, making, and "breaking" things to learn how they function.
