The Laundry Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, quality standards, cost control, and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesLaundry Operations Management
- Supervise and manage day-to-day laundry operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
- Ensure timely collection, processing, and distribution of guest laundry, staff uniforms, and property linen.
- Monitor washing, drying, ironing, folding, and storage processes to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure proper handling of different fabric types and special laundry requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility at all times.
- Establish and implement laundry SOPs and operational procedures.

Linen & Uniform Management
- Maintain accurate inventory of linen, uniforms, towels, bedsheets, pillow covers, and other laundry items.
- Monitor linen movement and ensure proper distribution across departments.




- Conduct regular linen and uniform audits to minimize losses and shortages.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and replacement of damaged items.
- Maintain linen par levels to support operational requirements.

Quality Control & Standards
- Ensure high-quality laundry services and adherence to hospitality standards.
- Inspect washed items for cleanliness, stains, damages, and finishing quality.
- Implement quality control measures to reduce rewash percentages and fabric damage.
- Ensure guest laundry is processed accurately and delivered within committed timelines.
- Monitor laundry chemicals and procedures to maintain fabric quality and longevity.

Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise, train, and motivate laundry attendants and support staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Ensure adherence to grooming, hygiene, and workplace standards.
- Conduct regular training on equipment handling, fabric care, safety procedure
