We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can go beyond routine recruitment and help us attract the right people for technical, manufacturing, sales, and corporate roles.

This role is for someone who enjoys:
- Finding quality talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, databases, and headhunting
- Understanding technical and manufacturing hiring requirements
- Building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Maintaining recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring data with accuracy

We are looking for someone with:
- Strong communication skills
- Ownership and accountability
- Learning mindset
- Persistence in follow-up




- Valuable Excel / recruitment tracker management skills
- Interest in technical and manufacturing hiring
- Ability to understand people beyond just their CV
