About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on products, pricing, offers, and company policies.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in home décor, furniture, handicrafts, lifestyle,



luxury products, or a related industry will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. No compromise on English communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Solid follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and confident personality.
