About the role
The Manager, Group Corporate Entities & Specialist Accounting is responsible for delivery of specialist corporate accounting and reporting activities, with accountability for close,



forecasting and controls, while supporting wider Corporate & Statutory CoE priorities
Key responsibilities
· Deliver month-end and quarter-end accounting for share-based payments, employee perks (IFRS2) and corporate sundry, including posting journals and preparing GL account reconciliations
· Prepare forecasts, budgets and variance analysis for specialist corporate cost areas.
· Manage accounting for Employee Benefit Trusts and related recharges.
· Support Directors’ Remuneration Report disclosures and audit queries, working with highly confidential data
· Act as finance business partner for Corporate Insurance activities.
· Support with half year end and year end pension accounting in line with IAS 19.
· Operate SOX-compliant controls and balance sheet governance.
· Support statutory and corporate entity activities as required by the CoE.
