The Security Shift Manager will be responsible ensure guard deployment as per design, Giving Instructions, Discipline and Turnout, Duty Post and Employee interaction related Training.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Ensure guard deployment as per design, Giving Instructions, Discipline and Turnout, Duty Post and Employee interaction related Training.
- Physically Fit and Mentally alert to respond with a small Guard Patrolling team to Security Incidents like:
- Attempt for Unauthorized entry at Gate.
- Fire Incidents
- Support employees to reach OHCs on medical Emergency.
- Theft attempt
- Traffic violations by vendor vehicles inside campus etc.
- Should be able to support the department in trouble shooting and fixing the devices down time by working closely with Operators and AMC vendors.
- Facilitate Customer and other Guest Visits.
- Participate in Security Control Audits.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 Years Experience of Core Security Operations/Loss Prevention in Large Company, preferably in Service Sector. Knowledge of MS Office, Basic Excel, and Power Point, able to generate daily security related incident reports.
Any Graduation, NCC exposure will be a Plus.
- Fluent in English and regional Language.
- Demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills.
- Knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing and motivating a security team.
