What You Will Do
Parcel Logistics Sourcing Intelligence
Own sourcing intelligence for global parcel, courier, express, and service parts logistics.
Build shipment, lane, service-level,



and market benchmarks for RFQs and negotiations.
Analyze carrier pricing structures, service offerings, network capabilities, transit performance, and market competitiveness.
Support sourcing strategies across global integrators, regional parcel carriers, express providers, and specialized service parts logistics suppliers.
RFQ & Negotiation Analytics
Support RFIs, RFQs, renegotiations, and carrier reviews with pricing, scenario, and cost analysis.
Partner with sourcing leads to strengthen negotiations through fact-based targets, market intelligence, and commercial sensitivity analysis.
Evaluate supplier proposals across pricing, service, coverage, technology, and performance.
Analyze carrier commercial models such as earned discounts, tiered pricing, incentives, rebates, minimum charges, index-based pricing, and surcharge structures.
