- Shape Leadership Talent Strategy; Build Intelligence-Driven Talent Pipelines; Conduct market mapping, organizational benchmarking,
competitor research and talent intelligence; Engage passive executive talent through executive search methodologies; Deliver end-to-end leadership hiring excellence.

- What you will bring
- 8-12 years experience in leadership/executive hiring. Combination of executive search and corporate recruiting experience preferred. Expertise in talent intelligence, market mapping, executive search, passive talent attraction and stakeholder management.
