Description:
- Execute API manufacturing operations as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and established production practices. Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with approved process parameters and manufacturing instructions. Handle and monitor various API manufacturing operations such as charging, reaction, distillation, filtration, centrifugation, drying, milling, and packing, as applicable to the manufacturing process. Ensure proper line clearance, equipment readiness, area cleanliness, and availability of required raw materials before commencing manufacturing activities. Record all production activities, process parameters, observations, and yields accurately and contemporaneously. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams for smooth execution of production activities. Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, SOPs,



safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify process deviations, abnormalities, and equipment-related issues and promptly escalate them to the appropriate department. Assist in investigation of deviations, incidents, OOS/OOT-related activities, CAPA, and change controls wherever required. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance. Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and production resources. Support production planning and execution to achieve daily/monthly production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity in all production-related records.
