Role Description:
Lavanya Healthcare Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Sticker Labeling Operator to manage and operate sticker labeling machines in the packaging section. The operator will be responsible for the smooth and accurate labeling of pharmaceutical products as per production plans and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sticker labeling machines for bottles, jars, cartons, or other packaging materials.
- Ensure correct label placement, alignment, and adhesion without wrinkles or bubbles.
- Set and adjust machine parameters for different batch sizes and product types.
- Monitor the machine during operation and ensure consistent label quality.
- Load labels and containers as per SOP and verify batch and expiry details on the label.
- Conduct basic visual inspection and remove defective or misaligned labeled items.
- Perform line clearance and ensure hygiene before and after each batch operation.
- Maintain production logs, label usage records, and equipment checklists accurately.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company policies at all times.
- Communicate promptly with maintenance and production teams in case of machine issues.
- Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Basic machine operating knowledge in packaging or labelling.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Familiarity with sticker labeling machines (automatic/semi-automatic).
- Understanding of pharmaceutical packaging standards is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand batch records and label data.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
