This is a dual-responsibility role combining strategic academic leadership for the secondary wing with high-impact teaching for senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII) in either Physics or Chemistry.

Key Responsibilities
- Academic Supervision (Classes IX & X): Mentor, supervise, and assist teachers in curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Result Optimization: Analyze student performance data, design targeted intervention plans for underperforming students, and implement enrichment programs to boost overall CBSE board results.
- Senior Secondary Teaching: Deliver high-quality, engaging concepts in Physics or Chemistry for Classes XI & XII, preparing students effectively for school assessments and board examinations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular classroom observations, provide constructive feedback to faculty, and ensure strict adherence to CBSE guidelines and curriculum updates.
- Parent-Teacher Liaison: Address parental concerns regarding academic progress and conduct structured pedagogical interventions.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
