Job Description - Project Manager (Investment Banking | Capital Markets | Regulatory Reporting)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities




- Manage end-to-end delivery of business and technology transformation projects within the Investment Banking and Capital Markets domain.
- Lead projects across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk/Compliance and Regulatory Reporting functions, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define project plans, milestones, governance frameworks, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Drive project governance through regular status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive updates.Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and organizational governance.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-9 years of experience in Project Management, with significant exposure to Investment Banking and Capital Markets.
- Robust understanding of Capital markets products, Compliance, Risk and Regulations.
