Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site activities, ensure quality and safety standards
Coordinate with labour, contractors and builder team
Monitor daily progress and reporting
Required Experience & Qualifications:
1. Experience: 5-7 years experience in Real Estate sector
2. Background: Only Real Estate background + Must worked with Builder profile only
Key Skills:
1. Languages: English / Hindi & Marati
2. Software: Knowledge of BOQ / SAP is mandatory
Notes:
Pay: ₹50,089.33 - ₹55,420.61 per month
