Core Responsibilities Lead Generation: Cultivate a steady pipeline of buyers and sellers through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.Client Consultation: Interview clients to determine their specific property needs, financial capabilities, and long-term goals.Market Analysis: Perform Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to accurately estimate property values and set competitive pricing.Property Marketing: Create engaging listings with high-quality imagery and promote them via open houses, social media, and Multiple Listing Services (MLS).Showings & Tours: Schedule and conduct physical walkthroughs and open houses for prospective buyers and renters.Deal Negotiation: Mediate offer and counteroffer discussions between parties to secure favorable pricing and fair contract terms.Document Preparation: Draft and review necessary legal paperwork including purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and closing statements.Vendor Coordination: Partner closely with external escrow companies, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, and attorneys.
