Plan, organize, and supervise all operations within the assigned block.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of field staff and supervisors.
- Set operational targets and ensure timely achievement of business objectives.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluation.
- Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and employee grievances.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and local stakeholders.
